Katie brings more than 15 years of experience to Cascadia spanning roles in government, start-ups, and non-profits in the United States and Canada. Since joining Cascadia, Katie has worked with a variety of clients in provincial and municipal government agencies. She specializes in communications, stakeholder relations, strategic planning, and change management. Katie’s recent consulting work includes supporting the configuration, implementation, training, and roll-out of a cloud-based, technology transformation project, as well as leading stakeholder engagement and data analysis for a series of municipal operations projects.
Before moving to Canada, Katie spent more than a decade in Washington, DC, where she worked in the U.S. State Department, the U.S. Senate, and the policy shop at a leading nonprofit in higher education. Outside of the office, you can find Katie enjoying sunsets at the beach, hiking in the mountains, painting, or listening to live music at her neighborhood’s Irish pub.
