Katie O'Connell
Katie brings 20 years of experience to Cascadia spanning roles in government, start-ups, and non-profit organizations in the United States and Canada. Since joining Cascadia, Katie has worked with a variety of clients in provincial and municipal government agencies. She specializes in project management, stakeholder engagement and collaboration, strategic planning, and change management and communications.
Passionate about social impact, Katie is part of the team that manages the Cascadia Cares Pro Bono Consulting Program.
Before moving to Canada, Katie spent more than a decade in Washington, DC, where she worked in the U.S. State Department, the U.S. Senate, and the policy shop at a leading non-profit in higher education. Outside of the office, you can find Katie enjoying sunsets at the beach, painting, or listening to live music at her neighborhood’s Irish pub.
