Elena Gallina
Elena is a strategy consultant and economic development researcher who helps organizations solve complex data challenges, lead organizational change and plan for growth. She has advised public sector, private sector and nonprofit clients on strategy and operations, including through her own consultancy practice, which she ran for several years prior to joining Cascadia.
Elena holds an MSc and an MBA from the University of Oxford, where she studied as a Rhodes Scholar. Her research examined the economics and policies behind women’s liberation through sport, and as a Social Impact Lab Fellow she completed practical projects focused on social impact.
Alongside her consulting work, Elena is a documentary photographer and was named the Rhodes Trust’s first Artist in Residence in 2024.
She grew up in Kosovo and has lived and worked across North America, Europe and the Middle East. When she’s not consulting or making art, she is probably in the mountains trail running, hiking or climbing trees.
