Jefferson Xu
Jefferson is a management consultant with over ten years of experience supporting public and private sector organizations through complex strategic and operational initiatives. He brings extensive knowledge in the healthcare space, partnering with senior leaders to strengthen organizational strategy, enable data-informed decision-making, and improve quality of patient care.
Prior to joining Cascadia, Jefferson worked within the BC Health Authorities as well as other healthcare organizations throughout Canada and the United States. He holds a Master of Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management & Policy from Georgetown University.
Outside of work, Jefferson likes to stay active and make the most of living in BC. You can usually find him at the muay thai gym, looking for new waters to freedive, or exploring local trails with his wife and their Australian cattle dog.
