A Chartered Professional Accountant with a BA in Economics from Simon Fraser University, she is known for streamlining workflows, implementing systems, and leading teams through organizational change. Her expertise spans financial reporting, systems integration, and operational leadership, with a proven record of supporting acquisitions and aligning finance operations for cross-functional success.

Her career journey evolved from music education to senior finance leadership roles in SaaS and professional services, where she led accounting, HR, and operations to drive efficiency and growth. In 2025, she became Finance and Admin Lead at Cascadia, managing finance operations and supporting organizational growth.

Outside of work, she loves discovering new adventures outdoors with her family, whether hiking, camping, biking, or kayaking, carrying the same enthusiasm into her personal life as she does her career.
