Andong Yang

Andong Yang is a recent graduate of the MBA + Master of Business Analytics (MBAN) dual-degree program at the UBC Sauder School of Business. He also holds a Master of Finance from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.

Before joining Cascadia to continue his consulting journey, Andong spent five years working with global consulting firms in China and Singapore. During that time, he advised clients across the private equity, banking, logistics, and manufacturing sectors on data modeling and analytics, digital transformation, and operational optimization initiatives. He is passionate about acting as a translator between business goals and technical teams, helping turn ideas into actionable solutions and real results.

Outside of work, Andong enjoys spending time in the mountains and lakes of British Columbia, where he can often be found hiking, trail running, or stand-up paddleboarding. As a curious culinary explorer, he also loves traveling and discovering authentic local food experiences.
