Liam Elbourne
As an economist by training, Liam enjoys working at the intersection of theory and data to solve messy analytical problems. At Cascadia, this has involved leveraging data analytics tools to help clients understand the drivers of their historical performance, modelling the economic impact of policy interventions, and conducting economic and operational analysis for national and regional industry groups. Alongside his work at Cascadia, Liam is pursuing a PhD in Economics at the University of Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar.
Hailing from both coasts, Liam and his wife Asia feel most at home when they are near the ocean. On the weekends, you can find him watching Manchester United, reading on the beach, or trying out a new recipe. Recently, he has been working on perfecting his prime rib roasts.
