We are honest with our clients about challenges, project risks, and outcomes of our analysis. We don’t lie to our clients to tell them what they want to hear.

Cascadia prioritizes reviewing applicants for open positions, but we are always looking for great people to join our growing firm. We review each applicant uniquely and place successful candidates in roles appropriate to their background and experience.
Successful candidates like to solve business problems and are proficient with the tools needed to do so (data analysis, market research, client interviews, process mapping, etc.). They know that communicating their findings is as important as generating them, so they are articulate and comfortable communicating in a variety of formats. They thrive in conditions of ambiguity, are adaptable, and have strong time management skills.
