Matt Hardwick

Matt connects strategy, systems, and people to deliver complex projects and improve how organizations operate. He combines strategic thinking with practical experience in business transformation and innovation, operational improvement, and project delivery across a range of industries.

Prior to joining Cascadia, Matt worked in real estate development, working on project feasibility, financial analysis, development management, and consulting for private, public, and non-profit clients in Canada and Australia. Earlier in his career, Matt held analyst roles in construction innovation and food e-commerce, developing expertise in how data can drive business improvement.

Raised in Vancouver’s North Shore mountains, Matt has spent most of his life exploring them on foot, bike, and skis. Away from the mountains, you’ll find him reading several books at once, perfecting his meat brines, or planning the next adventure with his wife, Maddi.
