Application Process

Application Period: Feb 12, 2026 – April 16, 2026

Deadline to Apply: Eligible organizations must complete an application form by 11:59 PM on Thurs April 16.

Selection Process: The Cascadia Selection Committee will carefully review project applications to determine their fit with our expertise and where we can make the greatest impact.

Notification of Selection: No later than Thurs April 30, 2026.

Consulting Project Timeline: Projects are expected to kick off at the beginning of June 2026 and wrap-up within 6-8 weeks. Non-profit/charity project teams will be expected to be available for weekly check-ins with the Cascadia consulting team.

Engaged Board of Directors aligned with strategic priorities of the project
Defined problem statement and project idea aligned with the services being offered
Demonstrated ability to implement recommendations
Willingness to publicly share the project and its outcomes

Services Offered

Non-profit organizations and registered charities can apply for any of the following pro bono consulting services to be delivered by a Cascadia team:

Strategic Planning: Assess current operational challenges and opportunities and develop actionable strategic priorities to grow your impact for the next 1-3 years.
Service Review and Recommendations: Assess a selection of your current programs or services, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop tailored recommendations to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
Organizational Design and Workforce Planning: Examine your organization’s structure and staffing to ensure your team is equipped and organized to achieve your mission and future goals.
Impact Measurement: Develop strategies and tools to track, evaluate, and communicate the outcomes and impact of your work to funders, stakeholders, and the community.

As a boutique management consulting firm in British Columbia, Cascadia Partners has always made it a priority to care about the impact we have on our clients, our colleagues, and our community. This program is designed to help Canadian non-profit organizations and registered charities strengthen their capacity and achieve greater impact through consulting services tailored to their needs by a Cascadia team, free of cost. While we have offered pro bono consulting services in the past, this new program provides a more structured approach with an application period and clear timeline to make it easier for non-profit organizations and registered charities to collaborate with us. We expect to collaborate with at least one non-profit or charity each year through this new program.
