Lauren Hancock
Lauren is an experienced management consultant whose background spans public and private sectors across Australasia and North America. Recent work has included time in the social service delivery, immigration, workplace relations, emergency services, retail, and energy sectors.
She brings a practical, people-focused approach to solving complex problems with an expertise in designing and implementing large-scale digital transformation programs. Lauren’s delivery focus is in transforming organisations and workflows in a way that actually works for the people using them, while improving outcomes for the organisation.Â
Originally from Aotearoa New Zealand, Lauren loves skiing, trail running and good coffee. When she’s not enjoying all the nature Canada has to offer you’ll find Lauren following the Northern Super League (go Vancouver Rise!) and the Black Ferns rugby team. She is currently learning ASL with her partner Lucy.
