Jean Pier Poma
Jean has 8 years of experience leading digital product initiatives and driving technology-enabled growth across telecommunications, e-commerce, and financial services. He has led cross-functional teams across the Americas, focusing on product development, operational efficiency, and large-scale transformation initiatives.
Prior to joining Cascadia Jean supported a number of projects including creating the first beauty augmented reality tool in Latin America, leading the revamp of a banking mobile app, and developing a new digital financial product for small and medium-sized enterprises from the ground up.
He completed his MBA at Ivey Business School, where he deepened his focus on leadership character through academic and extracurricular involvement. During the program, he collaborated with Ivey’s Lawrence National Centre on a report about 5G network development in Canada.
A lifelong learner driven by curiosity and a passion for continuous growth, Jean enjoys hiking, reading, and traveling.
