Fred Franklin
Fred is an experienced management consultant with 7+ years of consulting and public sector experience, ranging from large government departments and national agencies to local police forces and charities. His core expertise is in supporting public sector clients to deliver complex business change through technology and data and organization design, with qualifications and experience in business analysis, solution development, and digital project management.
Fred’s recent experience has been working on strategic challenges across UK policing in areas such as data analytics and exploitation, cross-public sector operating models, and strategic assessments of technology needs. He also brings experience working within the public sector having worked on strategy and policy for a central UK government department.
Outside of work Fred and his fiancée love staying active, whether skiing, hiking or cycling. They’ve recently moved from London, UK to Vancouver to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
