Analyst

 

For new and recent graduates with limited strategy consulting experience, this role will put your skills to the test and push you to grow into the best you can be. You will work on high-powered teams completing research and analysis as part of a larger mandate. 

 

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or undergraduate degree with significant related work experience after completing your degree
  • Outstanding record of academic achievement
  • Demonstrated aptitude for analytics
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • Regular travel within BC, occasional travel within Canada and/or the US

Associate

 

For those who have worked as a consultant before and have a masters’ degree in business or a related field.  Our Associates are thought leaders and problem solvers.  The role builds from the Analyst role and is a stepping stone to a leadership role in industry or with Cascadia.  

 

Qualifications

  • Advanced graduate degree and excellent academic record required (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.) and existing experience in a similar consulting role
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong record of leadership in an academic, professional, or extracurricular setting
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • Regular travel within BC, occasional travel within Canada and/or the US
